Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a bit of heat)
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil

Instructions:

Option 1: Heated to Meld Flavors

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine the mustard, honey, vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat: Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and stir the mixture.
  3. Simmer: Allow the sauce to come to a simmer and cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld together and the garlic softens.
  4. Add Olive Oil: Remove from heat and slowly whisk in the light olive oil until well combined.
