Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

- Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

- Melt butter in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes. Coat the skillet with melted butter evenly.
- Pour the batter into the hot skillet and bake for 16-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

- While baking, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add apple slices and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the apples. Stir until thickened.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and cardamom. Cook for another 2 minutes.

- Once baked, generously spoon the prepared apple-honey mixture over the Dutch Baby, allowing the flavors to meld.
