Delve into the vibrant essence of New England's blossoming spring.

Floral Symphony: This golden nectar captures the bloom of apple blossoms, wild cherry, and clover, which impart unique floral notes and essential nutrients, including polyphenols and antioxidants, derived from these regional blooms.

  • Light, sweet, and versatile
  • Hints of apple blossoms, wild cherry, and clover
  • Rich in regional pollen, minerals, and amino acids

Healthful Elixir: Apart from sweetness, the regional pollen, minerals, and amino acids present in this honey offer a nuanced and holistic health aspect, aiding not just in taste but in well-being, aligning with New England's bounty.

  • Apple blossoms: Rich in antioxidants like quercetin, supporting heart health
  • Salvia: Particularly rich in flavonoids and phenolic compounds, both of which are powerful antioxidants
  • Clover: small amounts of clover pollen may help reduce the severity of seasonal allergies

Pure Presentation: Encased in flint glass, the visual clarity not only showcases the honey's unadulterated beauty, but also ensures no leaching of harmful micro-plastic or chemicals, preserving the honey's natural integrity.

Artisanal Harvest: By eschewing large-scale machinery our hand-harvested honey preserves not just raw purity, but also ensures minimal disturbance to the intricate ecosystem of bees, preserving their vital role in pollination; making our honey cruelty-free.

Unique Pairing: Elevate your culinary creations - drizzle over fresh berries, blend into marinades, or add a touch to floral-infused cocktails.

  • Sweetening teas, coffees, and smoothies
  • Drizzling over oatmeal, yogurt, or pancakes
  • Complementing cheese platters or charcuterie boards
  • Incorporating into salad dressings or marinades for a delicate sweetness

Linda

Love it. Strange smell but it tastes great and mixes so well with coffee and drinks. I will be trying other flavors soon.

Thank you for your feedback, Linda! We're thrilled you love the taste and how well it mixes with your coffee and drinks. The unique smell you noticed is because our honey is real and natural. Store-bought honeys often go through heavy processing, which can break down the natural sugars and amino acids, leading to a less fragrant product. We’re excited for you to try our other flavors soon!

I was recommended this honey by a friend so purchased the spring honey along with one of the honey spoons. It tasted much better than any shop bought honey - silky texture with a rich sweet taste. lovely stuff :)

Wow! Absolutely the best honey I’ve ever had. We have it in our tea as well as with our cooking! So natural! You forget what real honey is until you’ve had it!
